Full Game Explanation
Babyfood Blindfold is a simple, messy, and funny group game built around a blind taste test of baby food.
What you need
Several jars of baby food (mix of fruits, vegetables, and a few savory ones)
Blindfolds
Clean spoons (use a fresh spoon for each person or rinse between turns)
Napkins or paper towels
Optional: a screen or way to show the jar label/contents to the audience
How to play
Blindfold the contestants so they can’t see the jars.
Bring out one jar at a time. Show the audience (on a screen or by holding it up) exactly what it is.
Spoon a small amount into each contestant’s mouth, one by one.
After tasting, each contestant guesses what they just ate.
Reveal the answer and award a point for every correct guess.
Move to the next jar.
Recommended order
Start with mild, familiar flavors (apples, bananas, pears) so people stay willing to play. Then move to intermediate ones (peas, carrots, sweet potatoes). Save the strangest or least appealing flavors (chicken, beef, mixed vegetables, prunes) for the end.
The contestant who correctly identifies the most flavors wins. Reactions are usually half the fun—especially once the savory jars come out.
Tips
Keep portions small.
Have water and napkins ready.
Check for allergies beforehand.
